1. Information We Collect

FlickBet may handle the following information in order to synchronize the app and assist with the progress of the game.

• Anonymous user ID
• Nickname
• Room ID
• Player state, such as seat number, stack, and connection status
• Game state, such as turn order, declared amounts, pot, and action history
• Usage events such as game start and end (Room ID and numeric information only)

2. Purpose of Use

The information collected is used to identify room participants, synchronize game state, manage chips, calculate pots, provide support, investigate defects, and improve the service.

3. Use of Firebase

FlickBet uses Firebase Anonymous Auth and Firebase Realtime Database for anonymous authentication and real-time synchronization. Google LLC, the provider of Firebase, may process data to the extent necessary for these operations.

4. Crash Reports and Diagnostic Information

FlickBet currently does not have a crash reporting tool enabled and does not send device diagnostic information externally. If crash reporting is introduced in the future to detect and fix defects, this policy and the privacy disclosures on the app stores will be updated.

5. Usage Data Measurement

To improve the service, FlickBet records usage events such as game start, progress, end, and buy-in to Firebase Realtime Database. These events contain only Room IDs and numeric information, and do not include personal information such as nicknames. This data is used to calculate statistical metrics such as session completion rate and average session length.

6. Website Hosting

This website is hosted on Vercel. Vercel may process IP addresses and request information for security, delivery, and log management.

7. Advertising and Tracking

FlickBet currently does not use advertising SDKs or tracking for advertising purposes. If advertising is introduced in the future, this policy and the privacy disclosures on the app stores will be updated.

8. Data Retention

Rooms and game state are stored for the period necessary for the progress and synchronization of the game. Usage events are stored for the period necessary to improve the service. Old rooms and data that are no longer needed may be deleted as required for the operation of the service.

9. Disclosure to Third Parties

FlickBet does not sell personal information to third parties, except where required by law, where the user has consented, or in the case of processors necessary to provide the service, such as Firebase and Vercel.

11. Revisions

This policy may be revised in response to added features, changes in law, or changes to the services used. If there is a significant change, we will announce it on the website or within the app.
